Independent Movement & Travel

What expectations do you have for your child's independent movement and travel? Do you expect your child to be able to cross streets safely, go to the store alone, navigate a college campus, hike through the woods, ride city buses or subways? The information in this section will help you get your child started on the road to independent movement and travel.
