Deaf-Blindness

Deaf-Blindness is the rarest of the low-incidence disabilities. Due to the unique needs of each child, parents often face challenges in finding resources and developing effective educational programs, as well as caring for and communicating with their deaf-blind child.

POBC-NJ is dedicated to assisting parents of children with deaf-blindness as they discover their childıs individuality, navigate the educational system, work to build collaborative relationships, and increase their knowledge and skills in advocacy and empowerment.
